Personal Assistant/Nanny – Ojai, CA

Job Description

Professional, energetic, and experienced personal assistant/nanny needed for an HNW family in Ojai, CA! MUST have at least five years of experience as a personal assistant AND nanny, specifically caring for elementary- and middle-school-aged children. MUST have excellent communication skills and be able to work Thursday to Monday.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Drive and pick up children from school and necessary destinations
• Ensure they are properly supervised and cared for; tend to their needs
• Coordinate play dates and extracurricular activities
• Run various errands–including grocery shopping
• Heavy calendar management and sync calendars
• Make reservations and assist with travel coordination
• Organize household and complete children’s laundry
• Complete all requested tasks and projects
• Light cooking
• Assist with all additional duties
