Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $50/hour

Position Overview

A prestigious private estate in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced, highly detail-oriented Estate Housekeeper to join an established household team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in large luxury residences of at least 15,000 square feet and must be comfortable collaborating with multiple housekeepers and a fully staffed household.

We are seeking a polished, professional, energetic individual who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform detailed daily housekeeping and deep cleaning throughout the estate.

● Maintain immaculate standards of cleanliness and organization across all living spaces.

● Handle fine furnishings, delicate surfaces, luxury finishes, and high-end household items with exceptional care.

● Assist with laundry, ironing, wardrobe organization, and proper garment care.

● Work collaboratively with other housekeepers and household staff to ensure seamless daily operations.

● Follow established household protocols and maintain consistent standards throughout the property.

● Anticipate household needs and proactively address areas requiring attention.

● Maintain complete discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

● Must have prior experience working in a private estate of at least 15,000 square feet.

● Must have experience working alongside multiple housekeepers within a large household staff.

● Strong background in luxury residential housekeeping and detailed cleaning.

● Knowledge of proper care for fine furnishings, specialty surfaces, and delicate materials.

● Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

● Ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively.

● Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

● Reliable, punctual, discreet, and trustworthy.

● Excellent references from previous private estate employers.
