What does an estate groundskeeper do?

Estate groundskeepers and gardeners keep the outside of a private property beautiful all year: lawns, hedges, flower beds, trees, irrigation, pools, courts and paths. A caretaker looks after the whole property, often living on site, especially when the family is away. Maintenance technicians handle repairs, home systems and, increasingly, smart-home technology.

These roles usually report to the estate manager or house manager.
